If you are enrolling in the DeltaCare 12A Plan, you should select a DeltaCare USA primary dentist at the time you enroll. If none is selected, one will be assigned to you based on your zip code.

Your vision benefit can now be used at a VSP participating retail location. To access this benefit, simply inform the retail provider that you have VSP and they will handle the rest.
