What training does Prime Healthcare offer employees?

Employees receive extensive orientation about the culture, job requirements, benefits, and remuneration in money, time off, sick leave, emergency assistance, medical assistance, the employee assistance program, etc. They receive extensive behavioral violence prevention, patient rights, nursing, health, and disaster preparedness training courses, face to face, online, free, through Healthstream, Flex Education, and in hospital classroom training. In addition, the hospital pays for all the nursing courses, and the time used attending these courses.
