Authorizations
Your authorization copies will be mailed to the address we have on file for you. If you do not want to wait for the mailed authorization copy and would like to get status in a real time; you can login to our portal and view your authorizations status and print them at any time.
Authorization turnaround time details:
Routine/ Standard: within 7-10 Business days
Urgent/Stat: within 72 business hours
Retro: within 30 business days
